Test drive with the first refurbished „M-Boat 80 / small“ of the Austrian Armed Forces
One project of the Austrian Armed Forces is the general refurbishment of the M-boats 80/small. By the end of 2023, all 14 boats will be dismantled, restored and reassembled at our site.
The technical general refurbishment consists of the following work:
- Repair of the entire hull (welding in new sheet metal)
- restoration of the complete drive train from the engine to the rudder propeller
- complete interior and exterior coating of the boats
- Replacement of the entire electrical system
- Alignment of the nautical lighting to modern LED lighting technology
